- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Received a bill in the mail yesterday for a charge that had been put into "delayed billing" from my 2/16/16 Grafton facility appointment! When I called to inquire why this charge from almost a year and a half ago appeared, I was told that it was due to Forefront's billing system which resulted in delayed billing! I told the billing associate that we pay all our bills promptly and that this was totally unacceptable and embarrassing for a company such as Forefront. She then spoke to her supervisor who offered to deduct 20% off the bill. Needless to say that my wife and me will be looking to find another Dermatology facility.September 19, 2017by Tom Lauderback
